When you create an account with MintLGS, we collect your name, email address, store name, and billing information. When you use our platform, we collect data related to your inventory, transactions, customers, and store operations necessary to provide our services.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our platform services, process payments, send service-related communications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials, bcrypt for password hashing, and HTTPS for all communications.
We integrate with third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square) that you connect to your store. These services have their own privacy policies. We also use Postmark for transactional emails. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
You can export all your store data at any time from your account settings. Upon account cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
