By creating an account or using MintLGS, you agree to these Terms of Service. MintLGS provides a software platform for trading card game retailers including point of sale, inventory management, online storefront, and related services.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free trial at a time.
MintLGS is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are listed on our website. We charge 0% platform fees on your transactions — you only pay your payment processor's fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the platform.
You may not use MintLGS to sell illegal items, engage in fraud, or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Automated abuse, spam ticket submission, or attempts to circumvent platform restrictions may result in immediate suspension.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into MintLGS (inventory, customer records, transactions, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
MintLGS integrates with third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. MintLGS is not responsible for payment processing failures or disputes — these are handled directly between you and your payment processor.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms with notice via email.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
