These Terms govern your use of MintLGS, a software platform for trading card game retailers that includes store setup, point of sale, inventory and catalog tools, customer records, buylist workflows, online storefronts, reporting, support, email notifications, custom domains, and related services. By creating an account, clicking acceptance, or using MintLGS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate account, business, and store information. If you create an account for a store or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that store or company to these Terms. You are responsible for account credentials, staff access, roles, permissions, and all activity under your account.
We may require email verification before enabling sensitive actions such as store dashboard access, billing changes, or other account-management features.
MintLGS may offer monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices, billing frequency, trial length, and included features are shown during signup, billing, or plan selection. Free trials are promotional and may be limited to one trial per person, store, or legal entity.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel from the billing area or by contacting support. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for a Terms violation. We do not charge MintLGS platform transaction fees unless a displayed plan or written agreement says otherwise; payment processors and connected marketplaces may charge their own fees.
MintLGS integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Square, PayPal, Clover, Postmark, analytics/error-monitoring tools, storage providers, marketplace/catalog providers, and DNS or domain services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, processor declines, chargebacks, marketplace decisions, or provider fee changes.
You are responsible for your products, inventory accuracy, prices, tax settings, payment configuration, customer communications, order fulfillment, returns, refunds, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. MintLGS is software and does not act as the seller of record for your store unless a separate written agreement says so.
You may not use MintLGS for fraud, illegal items, deceptive listings, spam, credential sharing with unauthorized people, security testing without permission, attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls, abusive automation, or activity that harms other users, third-party providers, or the platform. We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users, customers, payment processors, or the service.
You retain ownership of store data you enter or upload, including inventory, product data, customer records, order history, settings, pages, and branding. You grant MintLGS the limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that data as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and customer permissions needed for data you upload or import.
We may improve, modify, or remove features as the product evolves. We work to keep MintLGS reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent availability of integrations, catalog sources, images, marketplace data, or pricing data.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these Terms. We may retain data for a limited period after cancellation for backup, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, legal, and recovery purposes. Where available, you may export tenant data before deletion.
MintLGS is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to MintLGS in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms as the platform, providers, or laws change. We will provide notice of material changes by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
